Contacting us by phone or WhatsApp

When you call us or send a WhatsApp message, we receive your phone number and whatever you choose to tell us. We use this only to respond to you and arrange your visit. WhatsApp is a service operated by Meta; messages you send through it are also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy. Please do not send detailed medical information or reports by WhatsApp — bring them to your consultation instead.

Google Maps

Maps on this website are not loaded until you tap Show Google Map. Once you do, the map is provided by Google, which may set cookies and collect usage data under Google's privacy policy. The Get directions and Google reviews links open Google Maps directly.

Server logs

Like any website, the hosting provider may automatically record technical information such as IP addresses and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running. We do not use these logs to identify visitors.

Your medical records

Records created during your consultation at the clinic are kept by the clinic in line with applicable law and medical-ethics requirements. They are not connected to this website in any way.
